The Liga Endesa is expanding its free-to-air television footprint through agreements to broadcast games on TVG, Aragón TV and EITB during the 2026-27 and 2027-28 seasons. The three regional broadcasters join TV3/3Cat in Catalonia and reinforce a regular Sunday morning slot for Spain's top domestic competition.
A deal to broaden open broadcast reach
The ACB has closed these agreements eleven years after Galicia, Aragon and the Basque Country last aired league games on regional television. With TVG, Aragón TV and EITB on board, the competition strengthens visibility in several communities with direct representation in the league.
The opening schedule is already set. Round one puts clubs with strong local ties in the spotlight and opens a free-to-air window that complements the paid offering.
Galicia gets a historic TVG season
TVG and AGalega will air one Liga Endesa game per round in a campaign that is especially significant for Galician basketball: Leyma Coruña, Monbus Obradoiro and Río Breogán are all in the league.
The channel will debut on Sunday 27 September at 12:00 with Río Breogán – Asisa Joventut. In the first three weeks it will visit all three Galician clubs, and on 1 November the first local derby arrives with Monbus Obradoiro – Río Breogán.
Aragon and the Basque Country join the calendar
Aragón TV and Aragón Play will carry ten games per season in each of the next two campaigns. Their opener is on 27 September at 13:00 with La Laguna Tenerife – Casademont Zaragoza, with the Aragonese side as a regular focus.
EITB will bring basketball to its Kirolak universe with ten games per season. Kosner Baskonia and Surne Bilbao will share the spotlight: the first slot is Leyma Coruña – Surne Bilbao on 4 October at 12:00 on ETB1 and kirolakeitb.eus, and the first Basque derby arrives on 22 November with Surne Bilbao – Kosner Baskonia.
DAZN and other operators
The free-to-air package sits alongside full ACB coverage on DAZN, with every game live and on demand, plus windows on Movistar Plus+, Orange TV and Vodafone TV, as well as other OTT and telecom operators.
In practice, the Liga Endesa now combines one free-to-air game per round on TV3/3Cat and TVG with ten annual games on Aragón TV and EITB, in an audiovisual map the competition keeps widening in 2026-27.
