How we process personal data
This policy explains what data may be processed when using Layup Nation and why.
Data and purposes
While you browse, we may process technical data required to provide and protect the service, such as session information and technical logs. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 will process device information, pages visited and content interactions to produce usage statistics; this processing is based on your consent. If a person contacts Layup Nation, the data provided will be processed to handle the request. When you join the newsletter waitlist, we process your email address, language, signup date and consent version so that we can send the newsletter when it launches. The legal basis is your consent, and we will retain this data until you withdraw it or this purpose ends.
Retention and rights
Data will be kept for the time necessary and is not sold or rented. You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable, and complain to the relevant data protection authority.
